Talisay to Tubigon Ferry

The Talisay to Tubigon route is Lite Ferries' southern RoRo gateway from Cebu to Bohol, sailing from the Talisay City South Harbor — just south of Cebu City — across to the Tubigon seaport on Bohol's western coast. Because Talisay sits closer to Bohol than the Mandaue or Cebu City piers, this is one of the shorter roll-on/roll-off crossings on the corridor, running around two hours rather than the three hours of the Ouano service.

Departures are spread through the day. Boats have typically left Talisay at about 1:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with Tubigon-bound arrivals roughly two hours later; the return leg leaves Tubigon at around 4:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. As a RoRo vessel it carries motorcycles, cars and small cargo as well as foot passengers, which makes it popular with riders and budget travellers who want their bike on Bohol and prefer the quieter Talisay terminal over the busier Cebu City port area.

Fares are modest: a base passenger fare of around ₱250, with economy tickets near ₱330, tourist class about ₱390 and business class close to ₱450, while infants under two travel free. Vehicle tariffs are added separately based on size. Terminal facilities at Talisay South Harbor and Tubigon are functional, with ticket counters and waiting areas. One important caveat: the Talisay–Tubigon RoRo has been intermittent, and some sources have listed it as temporarily not operating, so it is to confirm directly with Lite Ferries that the sailing is running on your date before planning around it. Arrive at least an hour ahead with a valid ID, particularly if you are loading a vehicle.
