Talisay to Getafe Ferry

The Talisay to Getafe route is the Cebu-to-Bohol direction of Lite Ferries' northern roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) crossing. Operated by Lite Ferries (Lite Shipping Corporation), it connects the port of Talisay in Cebu, just south of Cebu City, with Getafe Port on the northeastern coast of Bohol, near the island-studded Danajon Bank reef system.

Schedule and crossing time

Unlike the evening departure in the opposite direction, the Talisay to Getafe sailing usually leaves around midday (about 12:00 noon) and reaches Getafe in the afternoon. The scheduled crossing is roughly four hours, though some published listings quote longer, so it is worth verifying the timetable before your trip. Service is generally daily but can be affected by weather in the Camotes Sea.

As a full RoRo vessel, the ferry loads both passengers and rolling stock:
