About the Langeneß (Hallig) – Hooge (Hallig) crossing
Westbound between the Halligen the boat takes 45 minutes rather than 30, leaving Langeneß at 07:15 and 15:15 in the main season and reaching Hooge at 08:00 and 16:00. The extra quarter of an hour is the tide again — the same reason the whole return journey to the mainland is longer than the outbound one.
