About

About 2GO Travel

2GO Travel is the largest inter-island passenger shipping line in the Philippines — for most travellers, the way to cross the archipelago by sea. The brand was formed on 1 January 2012 from the merger of SuperFerry, Cebu Ferries and SuperCat with the passenger operations of Negros Navigation, one of the biggest consolidations in Philippine shipping history. It is part of 2GO Group, a passenger-and-freight logistics conglomerate now controlled by SM Investments.

A network across the archipelago

From its main hub at Pier 4, Manila North Harbor (and a second base at Batangas), 2GO's ships link Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao, reaching Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, Zamboanga, Coron and Puerto Princesa among some twenty destinations. The modern nine-strong RoPax fleet is split into the "M" series (2GO Maligaya, Masagana, Masikap, Masigla, Masinag) and the "S" series named for saints (St. Francis Xavier, St. Ignatius of Loyola and others); the flagship Maligaya and Masagana are among the largest ships ever to sail Philippine waters.

Fares and classes

Accommodation runs from open Seater and Super Value bunks up through air-conditioned Tourist and Business class to private Cabins, Staterooms and Suites, priced in pesos and varying by route and season. Onboard the larger vessels carry restaurants, shops, Wi-Fi and even escalators and lifts.
