Launched for the 2026 season, this route is operated by Turyol and Jalem Tur under their joint "Turyol Jalem" brand. It serves as a vital second gateway from Lesvos back to Turkey, complementing the existing Lesvos to Ayvalik route. For passengers heading to Izmir and its surrounding areas, arriving directly at Aliaga provides a significant time-saving advantage compared to transferring via Ayvalik, thanks to direct motorway and IZBAN commuter rail connections from the port. Return sailings are available daily throughout the season, departing from Mytilene Port at 17:30 and arriving in Aliaga around 19:20. The journey, covering approximately 60 kilometers, is completed in just 110 minutes (1 hour 50 minutes) aboard modern, fast catamarans. The fleet includes vessels such as Emine Jale, K. Sevket Iyidere, and Turyol Lesvos, all equipped with cafeterias and comfortable seating areas for a pleasant trip. It is possible to make a day trip to Lesvos by taking the 08:00 ferry from Aliaga and returning on the 17:30 sailing, allowing for approximately 7.5 hours on the island.
