Ferries from Ropeid hurtigbåtkai

Where the road goes

Ropeid sits on the Rv13 running north through the Ryfylke fjord country toward Sauda and eventually the Haukeli road east. South it heads toward the Stavanger region and the Ryfast tunnels.

Kolumbus

These are public transport boats on the county's fare system, not a private ferry operator's service. The ticketing is the same as Stavanger's buses, which surprises people expecting a ferry counter.

Season

Year round on a working schedule shaped by residents rather than visitors. The summer barely shows in the sailing counts.
