Oslob to Dumaguete Ferry

The sailing listed here leaves at 22:00, every day of the week. Lite Ferries crosses the water between southern Cebu and Negros Oriental in 60 minutes — late enough that the departure suits an evening arrival at Oslob, short enough that a night crossing costs no sleep worth counting.

A RoRo, so vehicles travel too

This is a roll-on/roll-off service: cars, vans and motorcycles board alongside foot passengers, priced separately from the passenger ticket. That makes it useful for anyone moving between the islands with their own transport, which the fast passenger craft on other Visayan routes cannot offer.

Fares are low even by local standards

Passenger fares sit between ₱130 and ₱150, with reductions of up to 20% for some categories of traveller. Vehicle charges are quoted separately and scale with size, so a motorcycle and a van are not billed on the same basis.

Where it puts you

The 22:00 departure puts you into Dumaguete around 23:00. That is workable because Dumaguete is the provincial capital of Negros Oriental and a working city rather than an isolated terminal — onward transport and accommodation do not shut down with the last boat. On the Cebu side, Oslob is best known as a base for visitors to the south of the island — the crossing is often part of a longer island-hopping route rather than a destination in itself.
