Ten minutes between Ekenäs on North Koster and Kilesand on South Koster, 61 sailings a week, eleven departures from 07:20 to 21:10 across four day patterns.
The two islands are separated by a channel a few hundred metres wide, and this boat is what joins them. There is no bridge, and the crossing exists mainly so that people staying on one island can reach the other's beaches, harbour and restaurants.
The Kosters sit in Sweden's first marine national park, established in 2009 around the Koster trench — a deep-water channel that brings cold Atlantic conditions unusually close to shore and with them species found nowhere else in Swedish waters.
