About the Innlandet SundbåtkaiNordlandet Sundbåtkai crossing

34 sailings a day from Innlandet across to Nordlandet, the first at 07.04 and the last at 20.50. Four minutes each way.

The middle of the western swing

This is the second leg of the circuit. The boat has just come from Kirkelandet; after Nordlandet it turns back to the centre, and only then heads out on the northern half of the loop towards Melkvikan and Gomalandet.

A hexagon from 1950

Nordlandet's waiting shelter is the odd one in the family — a six-sided timber building of roughly ten square metres, the largest of the four, dating from about 1950. It also stands furthest from the water: 60 metres from where you board, against ten at Innlandet and five at Kirkelandet.

Practical

No ticket is needed. Sundbåten's app shows the next departure and the nearest quay wherever you are standing.
