Leaving the island is the half of the journey islanders actually plan around. Yeu Continent's August 2026 calendar puts four departures out of Port-Joinville: 08.00 and 09.00 in the morning, 17.30 and 18.30 in the evening, each reaching the mainland terminal in about 35 minutes.
Why the sailings come in pairs

Together they carve out a working day on the continent — off Yeu by eight, back on the last boat — and the second departure takes the overflow when the first fills.
