Ibiza to Valencia Ferry

The Ibiza to Valencia route connects the Balearic island of Ibiza with the Spanish mainland at Valencia, on the Mediterranean coast. It is one of the busiest island-to-mainland corridors in the western Mediterranean and is served by three ferry operators: Baleària, Trasmed and Grandi Navi Veloci (GNV). Between them they offer around 15 sailings per week, giving travellers a good choice of departure times and price points.

Crossing time and overnight sailings

Journey times vary by operator and vessel. Baleària is typically the fastest at roughly 6 hours 15 minutes, while GNV and Trasmed usually take around 7 hours; some Trasmed fast-ferry departures cut this to about 5 hours 30 minutes. Many services on this route sail as overnight ferries, departing in the evening and arriving the following morning, which lets passengers save a night's accommodation and travel while they sleep. Daytime sailings are also available at certain times of year.
