About the Cebu – Siquijor crossing
There is no direct ferry from Cebu to Siquijor. OceanJet publishes the journey as a connection through Tagbilaran, and the two listed daily departures are the two that make that connection work.
How the chain runs
Leave Cebu at 05.10 or 13.00 for Tagbilaran on Bohol, then continue on the 07.30 or 15.20 to Siquijor. The operator prints these together as a connecting trip, so the pairing is intended rather than improvised — but they are separate legs, and a delay on the first one is your problem, not the carrier's. The published conditions state that the carrier is not responsible for lost time due to delay or cancellation.
The alternative worth knowing
Siquijor's frequent link is not to Bohol but to Dumaguete on Negros, which has six sailings a day at PHP 350. Travellers with time often route that way instead.
Fares
The Tagbilaran–Siquijor leg is PHP 800 tourist and PHP 1,200 business, on top of the Cebu–Tagbilaran fare of 800 or 1,200. OceanJet asks for check-in 30 minutes before each departure.

About Siquijor
There is no bridge and no jet airport on Siquijor, so every visitor arrives by sea. The overwhelming majority route through Dumaguete on Negros, a short fast-ferry hop of roughly 40 to 60 minutes with several daily sailings from operators like OceanJet, Aleson Shipping and Montenegro Lines. Longer fastcraft runs also connect from Cebu (about 4+ hours) and Tagbilaran on Bohol. The reward is the Philippines' mystic island: turquoise waterfalls, cliff-jump beaches, folk-healing lore and a stillness the busier islands lost long ago.
