Ferries from Wämöparken brygga

Wämöparken in Karlskrona is served by six sailings between 10:25 and 16:00, fifteen minutes to Handelshamnen. The park on Wämö island holds an open-air museum of Blekinge farm buildings moved there in the twentieth century. Blekingetrafiken operates the boat seasonally. Karlskrona's naval history means much of the surrounding water is still restricted, and the passenger routes thread between areas closed to civilian traffic. The boat crosses part of the harbour that was once entirely naval water, opened to civilian traffic only in recent decades. Handelshamnen in Karlskrona is the commercial quay, connecting to the town's bus network and railway station.
