Ferries from Lysekil brygga

Lysekil sits on the western side of the Gullmarn's mouth and grew on herring, then stone, then bathing — its nineteenth-century sea-bathing establishment made it one of Sweden's earliest resorts. Basteviksholmarna, the destination, is a small group of islands with an old boat-building and shipyard heritage. A single midday round trip, four times a week, is a summer excursion timetable rather than a transport one.
