None of that is scheduled transport, and none of it appears in a ferry timetable. If you are looking for a boat along the coast rather than across to Greece, that is the market you are in.
Ölüdeniz and the lagoon
The Blue Lagoon is about fifteen kilometres south over the hill, in a separate bay, and boats do not run there from the town harbour as scheduled services. Dolmuş minibuses do, frequently.

Built over ancient Telmessos, with rock-cut Lycian tombs in the cliff directly above the modern streets. Dalaman airport is around forty-five minutes east.
