Superfast Ferries is a Greek cruise-ferry line that transformed the Greece–Italy Adriatic crossing when it launched in 1993, replacing slow overnight boats with fast, modern cruise-ferries. Founded by Pericles Panagópoulos, it is today a wholly owned subsidiary of Attica Group, sister brand to Blue Star Ferries.
The Adriatic corridor
Its core routes link the Greek ports of Patras and Igoumenitsa with Ancona and Bari in Italy, with Corfu among the calling points — the fast overnight bridge between Greece and central Europe. Select vessels also work Aegean routes from Piraeus at times.
Fleet and fares
Its ships carry the "Superfast" name (Superfast I–XII), high-speed cruise-ferries with cabins, reserved seats, restaurants and, on some, a swimming pool. Booking is in euros through the shared Attica "Seasmiles" loyalty and app ecosystem, with fares varying by route, season and vehicle; two new E-Flexer ferries are due in 2027.
