Limni Express commenced its ferry services between Canakkale, Turkey, and Limnos, Greece, on June 14, 2026, establishing a direct and long-awaited maritime link in the North Aegean. The operator offers fast and comfortable international travel on modern catamaran-type vessels, connecting Canakkale's Kepez Port with Myrina, the capital of Limnos, in approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. This route is designed to enhance tourism and trade between Turkey and Greece, particularly appealing to travelers seeking a pleasant island escape during the summer months.

For the 2026 season (June 14 - December 31, 2026), Limni Express operates passenger-only services twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Departures from Canakkale are scheduled in the morning, allowing passengers a full day on Limnos or a convenient weekend getaway. Return journeys from Limnos are in the late afternoon. Passengers are advised to arrive at Kepez Port at least 90 minutes before departure for international border controls. For return journeys from Limnos involving Tax Refund procedures, arriving at Myrina Port at least 2 hours prior to departure is recommended.

The Limni Express fleet consists of catamarans designed for passenger comfort, featuring enclosed lounges with ergonomic seating, modern air conditioning, and panoramic windows. Onboard amenities include a small buffet offering snacks and beverages, as well as clean restrooms. As these are passenger-only ferries, there is no vehicle deck, which contributes to quicker embarkation and disembarkation processes at both ports.
