About Halage-des-Naufragés
On the Grande Terre of the Kerguelen Islands, Halage-des-Naufragés provides one domestic ferry connection. This port links the main island with the research station at Port-aux-Français, also within the Kerguelen archipelago.
The single route to Port-aux-Français is a short-sea crossing operated by TAAF. As this is the only scheduled service, all passenger and supply movements by sea from this point terminate at Port-aux-Français.
