The port and the town
The ferry terminal is on the east side of the harbour, a short distance from a town centre that runs down to a shingle beach beneath chalk cliffs. Unlike most Channel ports, Dieppe is somewhere you might reasonably choose to spend the evening.
The station is close to the terminal with a direct line to Rouen and connections to Paris Saint-Lazare.
