Delcomar runs the ferries to Sardinia's smaller islands — four crossings, each of them the only fixed link its island has.

The four routes and what they cost

• La Maddalena – Palau, from €3.70 — the busiest, connecting the Maddalena archipelago to the Gallura coast.
• Carloforte – Calasetta, from €4.00, and Carloforte – Portovesme, from €4.50 — two ways off San Pietro, the island whose town still speaks a Ligurian dialect brought by Genoese settlers.
• Asinara – Porto Torres, from €10.00 — to the former prison island, now a national park.

Passenger rights, spelled out

The company publishes its mobility charter, travel conditions and fare system, plus separate documented procedures for complaints, refunds and damage compensation and a passenger rights charter. That is more than most small operators put in writing, and it matters on routes where residents have no alternative.

Accessibility and practicalities

A landing fee on top of the fare

Delcomar publishes, alongside each route's fare table, a separate regolamento per l'applicazione del contributo di sbarco — the landing contribution that Italian small islands levy on arriving visitors. There are distinct regulations for Carloforte and for La Maddalena, each set by its own comune rather than by the ferry company. It is charged in addition to the ticket, so the fare table alone does not tell you what the crossing costs.
