Akgunler Denizcilik, established in 1999 and headquartered in Kyrenia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), is a leading ferry operator for passenger and vehicle transport between the TRNC and Turkey. The company maintains a modern fleet and adheres to international safety standards, holding both the International Safety Management Certificate (ISMC) and the International Ship and Port Facility Security Certificate (ISPSC), with continuous audits by classification societies.

Akgunler Denizcilik's fleet includes six vessels designed for various operational needs. The Via Mare serves as an overnight ferry, offering comfortable private cabins. The Grand Master is a fast option for the Tasucu-Kyrenia route, accommodating 43 vehicles and 430 passengers with a crossing time of 2.5 hours. The Flying Anka also provides fast day services for vehicles and passengers. The Akgunler 3 is a high-speed sea bus with a capacity of 386 passengers, operating on the Anamur-Kyrenia (1 hr 45 min) and Tasucu-Kyrenia (2.5 hr) routes. The Marin is a RoRo cargo vessel with a capacity for 53 trucks, primarily serving the Mersin-Famagusta line.

The primary route operated by Akgunler Denizcilik is Tasucu (Mersin) to Kyrenia, with year-round service four days a week, increasing to daily during the summer season. RoRo cargo services run three times a week on the Mersin-Famagusta route. During summer months, the Anamur-Kyrenia route is also active.
