New Savings on Period Tickets for 2026

Travelers utilizing public transport, including express boats, within Nordland will benefit from reduced prices on 30-day period tickets starting May 1st, 2026. This initiative by Nordland fylkeskommune schedules and Reis Nordland is a temporary measure, funded by a national subsidy scheme, expected to last for one year. Adult period tickets will see a reduction of 160 Norwegian kroner, while student and senior tickets will be 80 kroner cheaper. After the sixth paid trip on the same route, all subsequent vehicle travel on that particular route becomes free for the remainder of the summer season. Discounts are available on the first six trips for those with AutoPASS agreements (40-50% with prepayment, 10% with transponder), while FerryPay users receive no discount.
